At least five times a day, I get calls from someone. He calls me again even after I try to block him on his phone. They never say anything when I respond. He called me again three days later, even though I had attempted to change my phone number. Is it possible to find out who is contacting me? I don't know who this person is, therefore can I report it to the police or are they unable to take any action? I must take action since the calls have become increasingly bothersome.
